The rate sheet.
The benchmarks behind the borrowing conversation. Latest available daily observations from the U.S. Treasury and New York Fed.
Read the date with the rate.
Each benchmark follows its own publication calendar. The observation date appears alongside every rate. Changes are in basis points versus the previous available observation; 100 basis points equals one percentage point.
The page checks official feeds when opened and every 15 minutes while visible. These are daily published benchmarks, not intraday market quotes. If a source is unavailable, the last verified observation stays visible with its original date.
Benchmarks, not loan quotes.
Treasury rates are par yields. SOFR measures overnight secured borrowing, and the effective federal funds rate measures overnight federal funds transactions. Neither is a lender’s commercial mortgage offer or a term SOFR quote. Property financing includes lender spreads and other deal-specific terms.
