Old Parkland East secures seven-year refinancing in Dallas

KKR-advised capital accounts provide debt for a recently completed office expansion, following a separate refinancing of the West Campus earlier this year.

DALLAS — Old Parkland East Campus has secured a seven-year refinancing from capital accounts advised by KKR, according to a November 2 announcement from JLL Capital Markets. The financing covers a recently completed 289,113-square-foot addition to the Old Parkland office campus. Source: JLL

JLL arranged the loan for the borrower. Connect CRE identifies that borrower as Crow Holdings. Neither the JLL announcement nor the reviewed trade report provides the loan amount or interest rate. Sources: JLL, Connect CRE

East Campus comprises Providence Hall, Resolute Tower and Endeavor Hall. The three office buildings sit above below-grade parking, with hospitality-oriented amenities including The Orangery. JLL said the transaction follows the May 2026 refinancing of Old Parkland West Campus. The East and West announcements concern separate financings and should not be combined into a single loan. The deal offers a specific example of capital available to a differentiated Dallas office asset. Its usefulness as a market comparison is limited, however, until leverage, pricing and occupancy are known. A seven-year term describes the debt's duration; it does not by itself establish low borrowing costs, favorable covenants or a high valuation.

For owners approaching refinancing, that distinction matters. A successful loan closing at a recognizable campus can be encouraging without becoming a universal lending benchmark. The relevant comparisons would be the borrower's equity contribution, recurring property income and capital obligations, rather than the prominence of the address alone.

The disclosed result is straightforward: the completed East Campus has obtained a new seven-year financing arrangement, adding another material transaction to Dallas's office capital-markets activity this week.
